Brandon L. Famous is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Fameco Real Estate, L.P. and has 27 years of experience in retail and commercial real estate. Prior to forming Fameco, Brandon’s retail background included eight years in leasing and development with two of the Delaware Valley’s largest Shopping Center developers and five years in retail operations and site selection for a mid-Atlantic sportswear retailer. This experience combined with an extensive brokerage background has allowed him to complete over 1,500 lease transactions totaling in excess of 15,000,000 SF of retail space and to play an active role in retail consulting, site selection, acquisition negotiations, construction and economic analysis. Brandon has completed transactions with DSW, Staples, Home Depot, BJ’s Wholesale Club, The Sports Authority, Target Stores, Lowe’s, Best Buy, Muvico Theaters, Petco, and many others. Current specialty lifestyle retailer clients include Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Olly Shoes, Panera Bread, and Chipotle. Brandon is also active in representing many of the developers of lifestyle centers in the Delaware Valley including The Shops of Villanova and Medford Crossings among others. A graduate of Villanova University (B.A. English), Brandon is currently the State Retail Chairman for the ICSC PA, NJ, DE; was previously the State Operations Chairman; and has lectured on retail strategies at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. |
