Rick Weinberg joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2006 with over 20 years of corporate retail real estate and store operations experience with companies such as The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, McDonalds Corporation, and Rita’s Water Ice. Prior to coming to Fameco, Rick was most recently with Staubach Retail where he served as Director, Retail Services responsible for tenant representation for Stop & Shop, Stein Mart and Saladworks as well as landlord leasing assignments. Rick has extensive expertise in site selection, market analysis, site development and zoning and has appeared before numerous Zoning and Planning boards in NJ and PA. Rick represents such tenants as Aldi Food Stores and Bank of America, among others. Additionally, he represents developers and landlords on leasing assignments in the NJ and Philadelphia Metro Markets. Rick attended Temple University and is an active member of the ICSC. |
