Rick Weinberg joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2006 with over 20 years of corporate retail real estate and store operations experience with companies such as The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, McDonalds Corporation, and Rita’s Water Ice. Currently Rick represents such tenants as AAA Mid-Atlantic Inc., Aldi Food Stores, Bank of America, The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, Acme Markets and Sprint, among others. Rick has extensive expertise in site selection, market analysis, site development and zoning and has appeared before numerous Zoning and Planning boards in NJ and PA. Prior to coming to Fameco, Rick was with Staubach Retail where he served as Director, Retail Services. Rick attended Temple University and is an active member of the ICSC. |
