Wayne Neis joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2006 as a Property Manager.  Wayne brings with him 27 years experience in the property management field.  Wayne began his career in 1983 with Cushman & Wakefield in NY as assistant manager for the IBM building.  In 1988, he joined the major NYC pharmaceutical corporation Wyeth (formerly American Home Products) managing their corporate  headquarters.  In 1992 he was involved in the building and relocation of employees to their new NJ corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ.  In 1998, he joined CB Richard Ellis managing former Blue Cross Blue Shield headquarters in Newark, NJ.  Wayne then joined Schultz Management in 2001 handling a mixed portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail properties.  Wayne manages retail space in excess of 1 million square feet for Stop and Shop, Columbia Bank and SCI ITC South Fund LLC.

Wayne received his BA in History in 1971 from Cathedral College, Douglaston, NY.  He received RPA in 1997 from BOMI, NJ.  He has also been involved in several BOMA, NJ committees such as Educational, Governmental Affairs, and TOBY awards.  He currently holds a New Jersey Real Estate License.
