Kevin Dougherty joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2006 as a sales associate. He is actively involved in the landlord representation and investment sales/acquisitions and development divisions, working closely with Jon Kushner. Kevin started his career in real estate in 1994 as a private investor of multifamily and residential properties. He transitioned into commercial real estate in 2004 working for a local commercial broker that specialized in industrial, office, retail and land acquisitions/sales. Kevin brings with him the knowledge and understanding of real estate transactions and services. Kevin attended Temple University and is an active member of ICSC and TriState Realtors Commercial Alliance. |
