Michael P. Gray Jr. joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2007. He focuses on both retailer representation as well as landlord representation.  Michael has represented such venerable retailers as Staples Copy & Print, Chipotle, Potbelly, Scottrade, Clear, Pep Boys and Saxbys Coffee, among others.  His landlord assignments have included Willner Properties, INVESCO, APF Properties and Dranoff Properties. Since June 2011, Michael has focused his efforts on helping to build Fameco’s Philadelphia office.  Michael is involved in several new developments for some of the City’s most prominent owners and continues to assist retail clients with their Center City requirements. 

Prior to joining Fameco, Michael spent three years in corporate finance and business development with PNC Bank and Eagle National Bank. Michael graduated from Loyola College in Maryland with a B.S. in Marketing. Michael is licensed in both PA & NJ, is an active member of ICSC and also served as Co-Chair of the ChainLinks Young Broker Council.
