Suzanne Palmer joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2007 as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Owner Services. In this role Suzie supports Fameco’s growing Asset Management portfolio that now exceeds 2 MSF. In addition to routine communication and correspondence with clients, Suzie also provides assistance to the Senior Vice President in the oversight and coordination of Fameco’s Management Services division staff of 25 in the management of a portfolio exceeding 9 million square feet. Prior to joining Fameco, Suzie worked as an Executive Secretary to the President/CEO/Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Penn Distributors, Inc., an Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler. While employed at Penn, Suzie worked with the local YMCA on their Annual Support Campaign. She also participated on several committees within the Roxborough Development Corporation to continuously revitalize the quality of the retail district to improve community life and add to the desirability of the neighborhood.
