Timothy Herb joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2009 as Director of Development and Construction. Tim is an industry veteran bringing more than 15 years of retail real estate experience to this role. He is responsible for managing all aspects of the development and construction process.  Prior to joining Fameco, Tim held the position of VP, Development for WP Realty. In this role Tim oversaw the development and redevelopment activities of a 9 million sf shopping center portfolio spanning the northeast and midatlantic states. Tim also served as Development Director and Financial Analyst for Kravco Company for 11 years. In this capacity he oversaw the development and redevelopment of Kravco’s 18 million sf shopping center portfolio. Tim is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and is an active member of ICSC.
