Kim Kretowicz joined the New Jersey Office of Fameco Real Estate, LP in 2011 as a Sales Associate with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience advising tenants, landlords and investors in the leasing, disposition and acquisition of retail and office properties in New Jersey. She has successfully completed over 5 million square feet of lease and sale transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $300M.

Prior to joining Fameco, Kim held numerous positions with leading national developers and brokerage firms including LCOR Development Company where she leased 101 Hudson Street, a 1.5 million square foot class a office complex,  Weichert Commercial Brokerage where she managed the Central New Jersey office as Senior Vice President,  Cushman & Wakefield where she served as a vice president, and at MacArthur Glen Group where she was responsible for leasing a 1 million square foot portfolio of fashion outlet centers throughout the U.S. Most recently, Kim was the Principal of KKCRE, a NJ based commercial brokerage firm which represented a 500,000 square foot portfolio of retail and office space. 

Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marymount University with a major in Marketing. She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
