Jacqueline Balin joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2010 as a Sales Associate specializing in both Landlord and Tenant Representation in Center City, Philadelphia. She currently represents Crumbs Bake Shop, Panera Bread, Walmart, LA Fitness and Checkers. Her landlord assignments include AMC Delancey, Dranoff Properties, APF Properties and RD Management. Prior to joining Fameco, Jacqueline was a Leasing Associate for Boca Raton based Investments Limited where she represented a portfolio of over two million square feet of commercial space in the Palm Beach County market. Jacqueline attended Washington University in St. Louis and is an active member of  ULI and  ICSC.
