Duane Horne joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2006 as a Property Manager for the Fameco Management Services division.  He entered the real estate profession in 1985, after 8 years in the HVAC/Energy Management Industry.   Formerly a Real Estate Manager with CB Richard Ellis, Horne now oversees 1 million square feet of retail and commercial office space for Fameco.  At CBRE, Duane’s responsibilities included Facility Manager for Mack Trucks’ World Headquarters and R & D Complex in Allentown, PA and later as property manager of a 500,000 square foot 9-property portfolio located in the Philadelphia suburbs. Prior to CBRE, Horne was Vice President and Senior Property Manager with Alliance Realty Services, LLC where he was responsible for property and construction activities for approximately 2 million square feet. Before Alliance, Duane worked for U.S. Equities Realty, Inc. as the Real Estate Operations Manager for AMTRAK'S 30th Street Station in Philadelphia, managing all phases of facility and construction activity. Duane has been an instructor at the Philadelphia Wireless Technical Institute and the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) where he taught courses in Refrigeration, HVAC, Electrical Systems and Illumination. Horne earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI, is a graduate of Geneva College and is presently enrolled in a Master’s Degree Program at Eastern Seminary.
