Rod Bell joined Fameco Real Estate, L.P. in 2006 as part of the Investment Sales team. In this role, he examines and catalogs the retail markets in the Philadelphia metropolitan area and the surrounding region. Further, Rod routinely interacts with prospective buyers to understand their buying criteria and to build upon Fameco’s extensive market knowledge. As a former owner of a construction company in New Jersey, he brings to bear a strong foundation in construction management and property evaluation. Rod attended the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA and is an active member of the ICSC.
