SCHUYLKILL VALLEY SPORTS TO OPEN IN LANSDALE, PA. SHOPPING CENTER

    LANSDALE, PA.--Fameco Real Estate has negotiated a 4,500 s.f. lease for Schuylkill Valley Sports in Ralph's Corner Shopping Center in Lansdale, Pa., it was announced by Larry Zipf, Senior Vice President of the Conshohocken, Pa.-based retail real estate firm.

     Schuylkill Valley Sports will be joining Kohl's, Clemens and Ross Dress for Less at the 225,000 s.f. center at Route 63 and Forty Foot Road. The new store is scheduled to open in June 2006. Based in Pottstown, Pa., Schuylkill Valley Sports operates 15 sporting goods stores in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

     Fameco's Jed Masloff and Ron Cappello represented the landlord in the transaction, Hilton Realty of Princeton, N.J.
