FAMECO NEGOTIATES RITE AID LEASE IN WEST WHITELAND, PA.

     WEST WHITELAND, PA.--Fameco Real Estate has negotiated a 11,154 s.f. ground lease for Rite Aid at Phoenixville Pike and Boot Road in West Whiteland, Pa., it was announced by Larry Zipf, Senior Vice President of the Conshohocken, Pa.-based retail real estate firm.

    Fameco's George Wisnoski and Trupert Ortlieb represented Rite Aid in the transaction. The store's opening is scheduled for fall 2006. One of the nation's foremost drug store chains, Rite Aid is headquartered in Camp Hill, Pa.
