FAMECO NEGOTIATES SALE OF THE CROSSROADS MALL OF THE POCONOS TO FNF ASSOCIATES OF BINGHAMTON, NY
STROUDSBURG, PA. -- Fameco Real Estate has negotiated the sale of The Crossroads Mall of the Poconos in Stroudsburg, Pa. FNF Associates of Binghamton, N.Y. purchased controlling interest of the property on January 30 it was announced by John Fasciano of Fameco Real Estate, the Conshohocken, Pa.-based retail real estate firm.
Fasciano said the 245,356 s.f. regional shopping center at Route 611 and I-80, currently under construction, has signed leases with Lowe's, Kohl's, Red Robin, Pennstar Bank and Longhorn. One pad site is still available for ground lease. The center is scheduled to open in Fall, 2006. Fameco's Fasciano and Michael Seaman represented the buyers in the transaction.
