FAMECO NEGOTIATES PADS FOR FIVE NEW CHILI'S IN CENTRAL PA

     CONSHOHOCKEN, PA.--Fameco Real Estate has negotiated freestanding pad locations for five new Chili's restaurants in Lancaster, Hanover, East York, West York and Harrisburg, Pa., it was announced by Larry Zipf, Senior Vice President of the Conshohocken, Pa. based retail real estate firm.

     The leases, all negotiated by Fameco's Rick Schuch, include: Granite Run Square, Manheim Pike and Granite Run Drive, Lancaster, Pa., owned by Horst Realty.

     Home Depot Shopping Center, Eisenhower Blvd., Hanover, Pa., owned by Monahan Properties.

     York Town Center, a proposed center at Routes 30 and 24 (Mt. Zion Road), East York, Pa being developed by CBL & Associates.

     High Point Commons, Route 283 and Lindle Road, East Harrisburg, Pa. Anchors Target and JC Penney are currently under construction. This, too, is being developed by CBL & Associates.

     Delco Market Place, Routes 30 and 74, West York, Pa., is part of a larger center being redeveloped by WP Properties. Anchor tenants include Lowe's and Giant.

     Zipf noted that Schuch has concluded seven leases for Chili's restaurants, with another four currently under negotiation. One of the seven, in the Home Depot Shopping Center at Routes 81 and 34, Carlisle, Pa., opened in mid-January.
