FAMECO NEGOTIATES PAD FOR TEXAS ROADHOUSE RESTAURANT IN HANOVER, PA
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA.--Fameco Real Estate has negotiated a freestanding pad lease for a Texas Roadhouse restaurant at Eisenhower Drive and Wilson Avenue in Hanover, Pa., it was announced by Larry Zipf, Senior Vice President of the Conshohocken, Pa. based retail real estate firm.
The lease was negotiated by Fameco's Rick Schuch, who said that Ruby Tuesday is a co-tenant in the small restaurant park owned by Monahan Properties. One of the nation's top popular-priced steak house companies, Louisville, Ky.-based Texas Roadhouse operates 200 restaurants in 34 states. Fameco has successfully negotiated 6 Texas Roadhouse deals in the outer-markets where it serves as the restaurant’s exclusive broker. Additionally, there are another 5 deals in the pipeline including one in the Philadelphia CBD.
