NEW SPECIALTY FOOD STORE COMING TO UNION SQUARE SHOPPING CENTER

     MIDDLETOWN, N.J.--Fameco Real Estate has negotiated a 2,319 s.f. lease for Simply Dish, which specializes in prepared foods of all kinds, at Union Square Shopping Center in Middletown, N.J., it was announced by Larry Zipf, Senior Vice President of the Conshohocken, Pa.-based retail real estate firm. Opening is scheduled for February 6.

     Simply Dish joins anchor tenants Tuesday Morning, Bass Shoe and Baja Fresh at the 150,000 s.f. center on Route 35 at Crestview Drive, owned by Benbrooke Realty.

     Fameco's Jerry Johnson, who represented both the landlord and the tenant in the transaction, said, "Simply Dish is the first store of its kind in the area and it's sure to be popular with busy people who want fresh, nutritious food prepared daily -- especially for two-income families."
