FAMECO REAL ESTATE NAMED LEASING AGENT FOR NEW SHOPPING CENTER IN GIBBSBORO, N.J.
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA.--Fameco Real Estate has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Silver Lake Shoppes, a new neighborhood shopping center on Haddonfield-Berlin Road in Gibbsboro, N.J., it was announced by the retail real estate firm based in Conshohocken, Pa.
Fameco's Jon Kushner and George Wisnoski are brokers for the 5,400 s.f. center, recently constructed and now ready for occupancy.
"A Dunkin Donuts is already on a pad in the center, which is ideal for service and convenience type tenants, such as dry cleaners and restaurants interested in operating in the center of Gibbsboro," Wisnoski said. He noted that the median household income is $95,000 in a one mile radius of the Camden County community, whose traffic is estimated to be 20,000 cars a day. Among the facilities across the street from the new center are the Chop House Restaurant and Paint Works Corporate Center. Centennial Mill, a new residential community of 401 homes designed for active adults 55 or older in nearby Voorhees, N.J., will also have a positive impact on retail sales in the area.
