PROMINENT ATTORNEY JOINS FAMECO REAL ESTATE AS GENERAL COUNSEL
CONSHOHOCKEN, PA.--Jonathan Rome has joined Fameco Real Estate as general counsel to oversee all legal matters, it was announced by Troy Peple, President of the retail real estate firm based in Conshohocken, Pa. A Wynnewood resident, Rome will handle the legal aspects of retail leasing, property acquisitions and dispositions, financing, commission negotiations and general corporate governance.
Rome formerly served as vice president of development at Angeloni Development, LLC, where he coordinated acquisition and leasing matters in conjunction with brokers, landowners, engineers and tenants. Earlier, he was regional counsel to JDN Development Company, Inc., and a partner at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis, LLP. Over the years he has negotiated acquisitions and leases totaling more than 7,250,000 s.f. throughout the country. A graduate of George Washington University, where he also received his J.D. Degree, Rome is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
Fameco Real Estate specializes in tenant representation, owner representation, investment sales and property management in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. The firm, which also has offices in Princeton, N.J., and Allentown, Pa., is the exclusive representative for 64 shopping centers and retail properties totaling 12 million square feet in the tri-state area, manages more than 4 million square feet of retail space and exclusively represents
