WINGSTOP NOW OPEN IN THE REGION

 

   Plymouth Meeting, PA  — Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm, is pleased to announce the signing of the area’s first two Wingstop restaurants.  

    According to Marc Mandel, the Fameco salesperson who represented Wingstop, “this concept is poised to expand the region, but initially is focused on urban locations. “ The first restaurant recently opened and is located at the intersection of Broad Street and Cecil B. Moore on Temple University’s campus. The second unit, expected to open this summer, is located on Roosevelt Boulevard at Red Lion Road in the northeast section of Philadelphia. Plans for a third restaurant are underway.  Wingstop was founded in 1994 and now has more than 600 restaurants nationally. It was recently ranked number 1 in the chicken-wing category by Entrepreneur Magazine. In 1997, the company began franchising its stores.
