FAMECO NEGOTIATES LEASE FOR FAMOUS FOOTWEAR AND DOLLAR OR TWO AT
WEST GOSHEN SHOPPING CENTER
WEST GOSHEN, PA.-- Fameco Real Estate negotiated a 6,000 s.f. lease for Famous Footwear at the West Goshen Shopping Center, Paoli Pike and Route 100 in West Goshen, Pa. A division of Brown Shoe, Famous Footwear is one of the nation's foremost chains for footwear for the entire family.
Fameco's George Wisnoski represented the tenant as well as the landlord in the transaction at the 295,000 s.f. center anchored by an Acme Market, Kmart, Rite Aid, Staples, Chester County Books and Fashion Bug.
Wisnoski said he also represented West Goshen's owner, John A. Robbins Companies of Bala Cynwyd, Pa., in a 5,770 s.f. lease for Dollar or Two, which brings the West Goshen center up to 100% occupancy. West Goshen is the dominant retail center in the West Chester vicinity.
