FAMECO NEGOTIATE S THE SALE OF

SHOPPING CENTER IN BRIDGETON, N.J.


   
   BRIDGETON, N.J.-- Fameco Real Estate represented the owner, Tristate Ventures, in the sale of Upper Deerfield Plaza in Bridgeton, N.J., to  an affiliate of Phillips Edison for $6.5 million, it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.


   According to Fameco's Dan Shabel, who represented Tristate Ventures in the transaction, the 110,000 s.f. center at State Road 77 and Cornwell Drive is a candidate for redevelopment.  Plans for the redevelopment are still being formulated.  The anchors have not yet been determined.
