FAMECO NEGOTIATES LEASE FOR TEXAS ROADHOUSE IN STROUDSBURG, PA.
STROUDSBURG, PA.--Fameco Real Estate has negotiated a 7,000 s.f. lease for Texas Roadhouse in the Stroud Mall in Stroudsburg, Pa., it was announced by Brandon Famous, founder and CEO of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.
Fameco has completed more than 10 leases for the Louisville, Ky.-based restaurant chain in the Delaware Valley area, according to Fameco's Rick Schuch and Gary Leone, who represented the restaurant in the transaction. Located just off Route 611, the 424,232 s.f. Stroud Mall is anchored by Sears, Bon Ton and JC Penney and is owned by CBL Associates.
