FAMECO NEGOTIATES LEASE FOR SWEET & SASSY
IN NORTH WALES, PA.
BOOTHWYN, PA.--Fameco Real Estate negotiated a 2,500 s.f. lease for Sweet & Sassy in the Shoppes at English Village, North Wales Pa., it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.
Fameco's Lisa Drake, who represented Sweet & Sassy in the transaction, said the children's hair salon "is a new concept that offers more than just haircuts. Youngsters can shop and even enjoy their birthday party there."
Based in Southlake, TX, Sweet & Sassy is making its entrance into the Delaware Valley region with its store at the Shoppes at English Village. Owned by Stanbery Development, the 110,000 s.f. shopping center at Routes 309 and 63 is anchored by Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Talbots, Chico’s, and Jos. A. Bank.
