FAMECO NEGOTIATES LEASE FOR STAPLES IN SUNRISE PLAZA, LACEY, N.J.
Lacey, NJ--Fameco Real Estate represented Staples in a 20,388 s.f. lease in Sunrise Plaza, a new shopping center being developed by PREIT at Route 9 and Sunrise Blvd. in Lacey, N.J.
According to Fameco's Michael Horne and Perry GraBois, who represented Staples in the transaction, the new store will open in the third quarter of 2007.
The 296,000 s.f. center will be anchored by The Home Depot. Sunrise Plaza is one of three major retail developments recently approved in the Lacey market, which has experienced significant residential growth due to its proximity to the Jersey shore and easy access to the Garden State Parkway and Route 9.
