SPECTRUM PARTNERS SELECTS FAMECO

LEASING AT CENTERS IN
LANSDALE AND KENHORST, PA
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.—Spectrum Partners of Bethesda, MD., has named Fameco Real Estate the exclusive leasing agent for Towamencin Shopping Village in Lansdale and Kenhorst Plaza in Kenhorst, PA., it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
Kenhorst Plaza, a 161,424 s.f. center at the intersection of Routes 625 and 724, is anchored by Redner’s Warehouse Markets and Sears Hardware. Rick Schuch and Blake Golom will lead the leasing team at this grocery- anchored neighborhood center. In-line space ranging from approximately 1,160 s.f. to 6,810 s.f. is still available.
Towamencin Shopping Village, a 122,916 s.f. center at the intersection of Allentown and Forty Foot Roads, is anchored by Genuardi’s and Sears Hardware. Fameco’s Rick Schuch as well as Ed Enoch and Michael Gray will spearhead the leasing team for the center. Available spaces range from 1,600 s.f. to 15,200 s.f.
Famous noted that both centers are centrally located so that they can draw shoppers from the surrounding communities.
