FAMECO NEGOTIATES SITE FOR NEW SOVEREIGN BANK BRANCH IN EXTON, PA.   

         EXTON, PA.--Fameco Real Estate represented the landlord, FNC, Inc. in a 3,500 s.f. long-term ground lease for Sovereign Bank at the intersection of Routes 30 and 100 in Exton, Pa., it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.

         Fameco's Michael Horne, who brokered the Sovereign deal, said the firm is currently negotiating with a national furniture chain to redevelop the remainder of the site, formerly occupied by Frank's Nursery.
