FAMECO AND RAS NEGOTIATE LEASE FOR

SOUTH CITY PRIME AT MARRIOTT COURTYARD IN MONTVALE, N.J.

 

         MONTVALE, N.J.-- Fameco Real Estate and RAS Brokerage negotiated a 7,500 s.f. lease for a South City Prime steakhouse at the new Marriott Courtyard in Montvale, N.J.,, it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.  The restaurant is scheduled to open in February, 2008.

        Fameco's Perry GraBois and RAS's Jay Miller were the brokers in the transaction.  The Marriott Courtyard is owned by Innkeepers USA, while South City Prime is a division of South City Grille, which specializes in seafood.  It is that company's fifth restaurant and second steakhouse.
