FAMECO SPEARHEADS ROLL OUT OF SONIC DRIVE-IN
RESTAURANTS IN NORTHEASTERN PA.
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.—Sonic Drive-In is targeting Luzerne, Monroe and Lackawanna Counties in northeastern Pennsylvania for expansion of its well-known burger franchise chain according to Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of Fameco Real Estate.
Fameco’s Rick Schuch and Jed Masloff will head the tenant representation team in finding 1 acre parcels or pads in power centers as well as sites on other high traffic and dense retail corridors. Fameco is Sonic Drive In’s exclusive tenant representative in the three outer markets.
