LEASING CONTINUES AT PAOLI VILLAGE SHOPPES

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.— Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm is pleased to announce that Jake’s Frozen Custard has signed a 1,900 square foot lease at Paoli Village Shoppes, Route 30, Paoli, PA.  According to Dave Vitali, the Fameco salesperson that represented Jake’s as well as the center’s owner, Paoli Village Shoppes, “we’re excited to have Jake’s as a tenant. It is unique to the area and should be a great draw to the center.” Jake’s is not a traditional ice cream shop. It is fashioned after a Wisconsin Custard Stand with a menu anchored by “made fresh daily” Wisconsin Style Frozen Custard, “hot off the grill” Johnsonville bratwurst and deep fried Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Curds. Jake’s will have indoor seating and plans to be open by late summer.  Paoli Village Shoppes is located on heavily trafficked Route 30 on the Western Main Line. It’s anchored by Cutter’s Mill. With the Jake’s Frozen Custard lease and the recent signing of Saxby’s, Paoli Village Shoppes is now 100% leased.
