FAMECO TO MANAGE AND LEASE 30,586 SQUARE FEET IN BORDENTOWN, NJ  

PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.— Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm is pleased to announce that it has secured the management and leasing assignment for the 30,586 square foot former Acme  located on Farnsworth Road in Bordentown, NJ.

The owner, Nellis Corporation, a Rockville, MD-based investor is relying on Fameco to assist on two fronts; to help position the site for redevelopment and to handle the physical property management of the vacant store. According to Fameco Senior Director Rick Weinberg who is spearheading the leasing effort, “we have had a lot of interest from national, regional and local retailers. This site had been underutilized and the expectation is that securing quality retailers will help maximize the return on investment for this well positioned property.”  In order to ensure that the site is well maintained both during the vacancy and when fully tenanted, Nellis has enlisted Fameco Management Services.
