Fameco Named Leasing Agent For 2 Properties In NJ
Plymouth Meeting, PA — Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded 2 new leasing assignments from American Continental Properties Group (“ACP”), a New York-based owner/developer.
Cumberland Crossing is a 258,000 sf community shopping center located at Route 47 and Route 55 in Millville, NJ. Pennsville Marketplace, located on Broadway, in Pennsville, NJ is a 169,000 sf community shopping center. Both centers are anchored by Wal-Marts. In addition, on behalf of ACP, Fameco continues to market/pre-lease a 19 acre development parcel on Landis Avenue at Route 47 in Vineland, NJ. This site is situated directly across the street from, and shares a traffic signal with, a new Wal-Mart Supercenter. Leasing efforts for these properties are being spearheaded by Fameco’s Adam Kohler and Jim Creed.
