PLAZA AZTECA IN THREE NEW LOCATIONS

 
     PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA — RAS Brokerage a full-service brokerage firm specializing in the restaurant and hotel industries has negotiated leases for Plaza Azteca Restaurantes Mexicanos in Plymouth Meeting and Wyomissing as well as the company’s high end concept, Salsa’s Mexican Grill in Montgomeryville, it was announced by David Orkin, President of RAS Brokerage and Principal at Fameco Real Estate, L.P.

     Marc Mandel represented the tenant in each transaction.  Plaza Azteca, a family restaurant specializing in a variety of Spanish and Aztec dishes will open in Plymouth Meeting on Plymouth Road near the intersection of  Germantown Pike occupying a 6,921 square foot freestanding building.  In Wyomissing, they will open a 6,400 square foot freestanding building across from the Berkshire Mall. 

     Salsa’s Mexican Grill will open in Montgomeryville occupying a 4,600 square foot space located at the front of the Montgomeryville Mall .

     Plaza Azteca Restaurantes Mexicanos originated in the Virginia Beach area and currently operates 32 restaurants nationwide.  The company has expansion plans for Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey as well as the New England area in the coming year.
