Philanthropy, Fun and Fameco

     PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA - Fameco is pleased to announce that it is participating in a multi-faceted United Way campaign. Our campaign kick off coincided with our annual company picnic earlier this week. While the food was plentiful, and the fun abounded, Fameco raised more than $1,500 for the United Way through its Dunk-a-Partner challenge!

    Next, on September 19, Fameco will participate in the United Way’s Day of Caring event. Fameco employees have “adopted” the School House Lane Home for Girls which is in need of a makeover. The home provides both short term and long term care for girls who have been separated from their families due to parental hardship, drug abuse, incarceration and the like. Fameco employees will be charged with repainting this home, beautifying the property, completing small home repairs and creating an environment that the girls will be proud to call their home.
