FAMECO NEGOTIATES LEASE FOR MORE SPACE PLACE

AT CENTER POINTE II IN CHRISTIANA, DE

    CHRISTIANA, DE.--More Space Place will open a new 2,000 s.f. store at Center Pointe II in Christiana, De. at the end of August, it was announced by Fameco Real Estate, based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.

    Fameco's Lisa Drake negotiated the lease for the retailer, based in

Clearwater, Fl., which specializes in Murphy beds and other space-saving furniture.  Shadow-anchored by Home Depot, the 189,000 s.f. phase II component at 1257 Churchman's Road includes PetSmart, Golf Galaxy and La-Z-Boy.  According to Drake, More Space Place has set its sights on another store in center city Philadelphia.
