FAMECO NEGOTIATES SALE OF KMART PLAZA
IN EPHRATA, PA.
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.--Fameco Real Estate has negotiated the sale of the 100,000 s.f. Kmart Plaza located at Route 272 and Rothsville Road in Ephrata, Pa. It was announced by John Fasciano, a principal of the retail real estate firm which is based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa. The purchase price was not disclosed. Fasciano said Fameco acted on behalf of both the buyer and seller of the center, which is anchored by Kmart and Fulton Bank. The center was sold by Jeffrey Epstein and purchased by a private New York investor. Fameco's Ron Cappello, who negotiated the sale, said it is a good location for K-Mart, with the upside of an additional 1.4 acre pad that may be developed at the center.
