FAMECO NEGOTIATES LEASES FOR 6 STAPLES IN PENNSYLVANIA AND NEW JERSEY
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.--Fameco Real Estate has negotiated leases for five Staples in New Jersey and one in Pennsylvania totaling 120,000 s.f., it was announced by Jon Kushner, Principal, of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.
Kushner negotiated a 20,000 s.f. lease for Staples at the Shops of
Villanova. In addition to Staples, which is slated to open in September, Fameco negotiated a 25,000 s.f. lease for Fresh Grocer, a gourmet market that had its grand opening in May. Construction is partially complete on this new specialty center at Routes 30 and 476 in Villanova, Pa. Fameco is the landlord representative for the Shops of Villanova, owned by the Provco Group. The center's leasing team is headed by Fameco's CEO, Brandon Famous, who is assisted by Perry GraBois and Samantha Vose.
In New Jersey, Kushner completed a 20,388 s.f. lease for Staples at
Heritage Square Shopping Center, scheduled to open in March 2007 at Stouts Lane and Route 1 in South Brunswick, N.J. Fameco's Perry GraBois also served as the project's leasing agent with Kushner.
The remaining Staples leases in New Jersey were completed by GraBois and Mike Horne. They include 20,000 s.f. at Milburn Mall, Vaux Hill Road and Milburn Avenue, Milburn, N.J., to open June 2007; 20,000 s.f. at Staples Plaza, Avenue at the Commons and Broad Street, Shrewsbury, N.J., to open July 2006; a 16,500 s.f. free-standing site at Route 35 and Tarpon Drive in Wall Township, N.J., to open in August 2008, and 22,150 s.f. at Midstate Mall Shopping Center,
Tices Lane and Route 18 in East Brunswick, N.J., to open in August 2008.
