FAMECO PRE-LEASES NEW 210,000 SF POWER CENTER IN SOUTH BRUNSWICK, N.J. 

 

    PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.--Fameco has successfully pre-leased a new 210,000 power center, Heritage Square, under construction at Stouts Lane and Route 1 in South Brunswick, N.J., it was announced by Jon Kushner, a Fameco principal and member of the firm's Heritage Square leasing team.   Fameco is based in the Plymouth Meeting, Pa.

    Kushner and Fameco's Perry GraBois began their involvement with Heritage Square in early 2004,  when they identified the site for sale and then represented the current developer, Pineville Properties of Valley Forge, Pa., in purchasing the property.  The center is scheduled for completion in March 2007. 

    Among the proposed anchors are Target, 120,000 s.f.; Best Buy, 30,000 s.f.; Staples, 20,388 s.f., and PetSmart, 15,000 s.f.  Also negotiating leases are Subway, Hair Cuttery, Dunkin Donuts and a pad for Chase Bank.  GraBois noted that additional space is still available.
