FAMECO NEGOTIATES LEASE FOR AUTOZONE AT ARAMINGO AND LEHIGH AVENUES

     CONSHOHOCKEN, PA.--Fameco Real Estate has negotiated a lease for a 6,700 s.f. free-standing site for AutoZone at Aramingo near Lehigh Avenues in North Philadelphia. The auto-related supplies store is scheduled to open in September.

     Fameco's Jon Kieserman represented AutoZone, one of the nation's major auto supplies retailers, in the transaction. It was the fifth lease/sale Kieserman negotiated for the Memphis, Tn.-based company in the past four years. Among the other retailers at the location are Wawa, Eckerd, Applebee’s and Pizza Hut.
