FAMECO NEGOTIATES LEASE FOR SHERWIN WILLIAMS IN NEWTOWN, PA.

     NEWTOWN, PA.--Fameco Real Estate has negotiated a 3,188 s.f. lease for a Sherwin Williams paint store at the Village at Newtown South, Newtown, Pa., it was announced by Larry Zipf, Senior Vice President of the Conshohocken, Pa.-based retail real estate firm.

     The 91,000 s.f. Bucks County shopping center on South Eagle Road, owned by Robert Shasha, is anchored by the Newtown Farmers Market and the Center Club Fitness Center. The new store is scheduled to open in April of this year. Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Sherwin Williams is one of the nation's major retailers of paint and paint supplies.
