FAMECO REPRESENTS BUYER IN PURCHASE OF 5.5 ACRES FOR RETAIL SITE IN LIONVILLE, PA.

 

    PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.-- Fameco Real Estate negotiated the purchase of 5.5 acres from Wawa, Inc. in Lionville, Pa. on behalf of Rosedon Holdings, it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.  The purchase price was not disclosed.

 

    According to Fameco's Dave Vitali, who represented Rosedon in the transaction, the former Regal Theater site at the intersection of Route 113 and Eagleview Blvd. will be developed into three pads to be occupied by a casual dining concept, fast food restaurant, and a bank or pharmacy.  Fameco has been retained as the leasing agent. 

 

    Vitali noted that Lionville is a popular suburban area of Chester County with high income and high growth, including an estimated 4,000-5,000 new housing starts.
