FAMECO SIGNS PLANET FITNESS

TO LARCHMONT COMMONS, MT LAUREL, NJ

                  WOODBRIDGE, N.J. — Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Planet Fitness has signed a lease at Larchmont Commons, Mt Laurel, NJ. 

                  Larchmont Commons is located at the intersection of Route 38 and Arc Road. The 18,800 square foot Planet Fitness marks the completion of the releasing of a former Supervalu supermarket.  Combined with a recently opened Aldi grocery store of 16,600 square feet, also leased by Fameco, this 110,000 square foot community center has been revitalized.

                  Fameco’s Mike Horne represented the owner in the transaction.  “With the Planet Fitness deal we were able to complete the releasing of what was an obsolete-sized supermarket box.  We repositioned the entire center to take advantage of its convenience and strong access the surrounding neighborhoods,” Horne said.
