FAMECO TO REPRESENT OWNER IN THE SALE

OF KIRKWOOD PLAZA IN WILMINGTON, DE.

         PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.--DLR Associates, owner of Kirkwood Plaza, has selected Fameco Real Estate as its exclusive representative in the sale of the 310,000 s.f. shopping center on Kirkwood Highway in Wilmington, DE.

         According to Brandon Famous, founder and CEO of Fameco based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa., Kirkwood Plaza is prime real estate located on the area's primary retail corridor.  The center's anchor stores include Kohl's, Pathmark, AC Moore, and Petco.  Fameco’s Ron Cappello secured the listing and will be the sales associate heading up the assignment.
