FAMECO SIGNS SALLY BEAUTY AND T-MOBILE

         WOODBRIDGE, N.J. — Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm, has inked deals with Sally Beauty Supply and T-Mobile at ITC Crossing South, it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and Founder. 

                  Sally Beauty Supply, 1,200 square feet, and a corporate T-Mobile store, 1,800 square feet, are the latest retailers to join ITC Crossing South, a 521,000 square foot power center located in Mt. Olive, NJ.  The center is anchored by Lowes, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Babies R Us.  A dominate power center located at the confluence of three major highways, US I-80, State Route 46 and State Route 206, this center draws from a very large trade area due to its accessibility.

                  Fameco’s Mike Horne represented the owner in both transactions.  “Fameco’s ability to execute leases with national, credit rated retailers in the current economic environment is a testament to the strength of the trade area and the shopping center,” Horne said. Fameco Management Services, the property management division of Fameco, serves at the property manager for the shopping center, as well.
