FRIENDLY'S FAMILY RESTAURANT

LEASES SPACE IN BRANYWINE TOWN CENTER

    WILMINGTON, DE.--Fameco Real Estate represented the Brandywine Town

Center in a 4,100 s.f. lease for a Friendly's Family Restaurant at the 900,000 s.f. center in Wilmington, De., it was announced by the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.

    According to Larry Zipf, Fameco's Senior Vice President, Owner

Services, the projected opening of the restaurant is December 2006.  Friendly's will join some of the nation's top retailers at the center, including Target, Lowe's, Dick's Sporting Goods, PetSmart and Regal Cinema.  Cathy Agnew represented the Landlord in the transaction.
