FAMECO LEASES 33,000 SF TO AT HOME RECREATION

Woodbridge, NJ   — Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the region’s foremost full service retail real estate firm, is pleased to announce that it has leased 33,000 square feet to At Home Recreation in Manahawkin, NJ.

Hazlet, NJ based At Home Recreation has entered the Central NJ market with its first store in the Manahawkin Plaza conveniently located along Bay Avenue in Manahawkin, Ocean County, NJ. The retailer’s principals, who formerly owned Branchbrook Pools, have determined that the Manahawkin trade area   has limited competition and is an excellent springboard for their re-entry into the business which includes the sale of above ground pools, spas, outdoor furniture, billiard tables, home game rooms and accessories. The shopping center, owned by Salem Management, is anchored by Value City Furniture and Retro Fitness.  According to Fameco Directors Michael Horne and Steven Winters who represent At Home Recreation, the retailer is poised to open several more stores in key central NJ markets.
