FAMECO REPRESENTS LANDLORD IN LEASE FOR DUNKIN DONUTS IN DOUGLASSVILLE, PA.


DOUGLASSVILLE, PA.—Fameco Real Estate negotiated an 1,800 s.f. lease for Dunkin Donuts at the Shoppes at Amity in Douglassville, Pa., it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.  The new Dunkin Donuts is scheduled to open this summer.


         Fameco’s Jed Masloff and Mike Gray represented the center’s owner, DFT Development, Inc., in the transaction.  Gray said the 12,000 s.f. center at Route 422 and Old Airport Road has a 1.73 acre fully improved pad site currently available.
