DANVILLE PLAZA SOLD

    DANVILLE, PA.--Fameco Real Estate represented both the seller and buyer of Danville Plaza, a 24,052 s.f. shopping center in Danville, Pa., it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.   

    Fameco’s Ron Cappello who exclusively represented the seller, Centro Watt, Plymouth Meeting, PA and procured the buyer, Danpenn,LP, Millburn, NJ said, “this CVS-anchored center is a well positioned asset with a strong credit tenant. It sold for just under $3 million.”
