DALE PETERSON JOINS FAMECO

REAL ESTATE’S INVESTMENT SALES TEAM

     PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.— Dale Peterson has joined the Investment Sales Division of Fameco Real Estate, the tri-state region’s foremost full service retail real estate brokerage firm.

     Peterson is a seasoned retail real estate professional with more than 20 years of industry experience. He has negotiated over $850 million in commercial real estate transactions with such notable retailers as PNC, Wilmington Trust, Lone Star Steakhouse, Staples and Sullivan’s Steakhouse, among others.

    Formerly a Vice President of Retail Investments at Grubb & Ellis, Peterson has represented such clients as Chelsea Property Group, Walgreens, Shell Oil, Auto Zone and Burger King.  Prior to that, he served as a Shopping Center Investment & Development Specialist at CB Richard Ellis. 

    A resident of Wilmington, DE, Peterson is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he earned a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. in marketing. 

    Fameco specializes in retailer representation, owner representation, investment sales and management services in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and beyond.
