FAMECO REPRESENTS CYCLE GEAR
IN LEASES IN DE. AND PA.
PLYMOUTH MEETING, PA.-- Fameco Real Estate negotiated two leases for Cycle Gear totaling almost 10,000 s.f. in centers in Bear, De and Springfield, Pa., it was announced by Brandon Famous, CEO and founder of the retail real estate firm based in Plymouth Meeting, Pa.
Famous and Kevin Dougherty negotiated a 5,000 s.f. lease in Springfield's Cutler’s Plaza, a 30,000 s.f. strip center at 144 – 166 Baltimore Pike, which includes Radio Shack and Fast Signs.
In Bear, De., Famous and Dougherty negotiated a 4,680 s.f. lease in
Governors Square II, an 80,000 s.f. center on Route 40 anchored by T-Mobile, Hollywood Video and Longhorn Steakhouse, Owned by Delle Donne & Associates, Phase II of Governor’s Square will compliment the existing 300,000 s.f. Phase I anchored by Safeway Supermarket and Kmart.
